Refund policy

1. Nature of Services

MGECOM LLC provides digital marketing and media buying services.
Because our services are digital, strategic, and customized, they are non-returnable once delivered.

2. Refund Policy

All payments made to MGECOM LLC are non-refundable, except in the limited circumstances described below.

Non-Refundable Situations Include:

  • Change of mind

  • Dissatisfaction with campaign performance

  • Account suspension due to client policy violations

  • Client failure to provide required assets or access

  • Client discontinuing business operations

  • Platform algorithm changes

  • Low ad performance or ROI

Advertising results are not guaranteed.

3. Service Cancellation

Clients may cancel services with written notice.

However:

  • No refunds will be issued for services already performed

  • If cancellation occurs mid-cycle, services will continue until the end of the current billing period

  • Any outstanding balances remain due

4. Exceptional Refund Consideration

Refunds may be considered only if:

  • MGECOM LLC fails to deliver the agreed service entirely

  • A billing error occurred

Any refund request must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment.

MGECOM LLC reserves the sole right to approve or deny refund requests.

5. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Initiating a chargeback without contacting MGECOM LLC first is considered a breach of this agreement.

In the event of a chargeback:

  • Services will be immediately suspended

  • All access to campaigns may be revoked

  • Legal action may be pursued

  • The client agrees to reimburse any dispute or processing fees

6. Advertising Spend

Advertising budgets paid to Meta, TikTok, Google, or other platforms are:

  • Separate from MGECOM service fees

  • Non-refundable

  • Subject to the policies of the respective advertising platform

MGECOM LLC does not control platform refund decisions.

7. Digital Products (If Applicable)

If MGECOM LLC sells digital products (courses, templates, consulting sessions):

  • All sales are final

  • No refunds will be issued once access is granted

8. Governing Law

This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
